WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY October 10 is World Mental Health Day. Our faculty, staff, and students had a wonderful and fun-filled day. Students participated in three sessions. We owe special thanks to each of our district and community partners: Amy Crum, Chelsea DeLong, Pathways, ReGroup, Appalachian Folkology, and the KYOWA Writers Group. FALL IN LOVE WITH PANCAKES (AND EGGS) This week’s student-led cooking adventure in Mrs. Shannon's Hospitality and Tourism class centers on breakfast staples, eggs and pancakes. Gunner Ratcliff showed cooking expertise in his presentation of a savory duo. With this individual dish, the rest of the class got to make their own eggs and pancakes. Great job, Gunner!

WURTLAND MIDDLE HELPDESK What happens when computer problems come knocking at the door? Our helpdesk students are on the scene. They have learned how to complete multiple repairs. These ChromeBooks, for example, were sent to us by WES, and our students fixed them in a flash.
